Use the air current to your advantage to jump and fly over enemies. Fly over to the lowest ledge and grab the spear. Fly over to the middle ledge with three enemies on it. WebThe final trial room 4 is directly south of the hinox room, you'll need to run past the Middle Trials Guardian, Dark, and Wind rooms. The wind rooms are set in a giant chasm on the map; if you have 3 stamina wheels you can simply run through it and then climb out, otherwise you'll have to run all the way around.

WebI'd recommend cooking these items 1 per dish because 1 is enough to give you a full heart reset. Food becomes super valuable in the trials. Especially in the final trials where there is less of it. Even cooking wood bundles helps. As for cooking the other stuff (raw meat, bird's eggs, etc), try to cook for the most hearts with the least wastage ...
