How to store homemade bagels

WebI want to store them for a week. I have beeswax wrap that I bought off Amazon. Is that gonna be ok to keep it good for a week? One complaint I see people say is that it turns hard. How hard are we talking because the bagels I buy off the shelf at Walmart and my favorite from Einsteins bagels, don't exactly have the texture of stupidly soft donuts.
