Howdens local rep visited, agreed they need to be replaced due to poor finish and they had had this before, yet next day head office get in touch stated it was just the natural wood grain effect. WebWould recommend howdens to anyone. Very helpful staff, kitchen planing was great, delivery within a week! If anything is missing or damaged, they have most off kitchens in stock so a quick and easy fix. We had one door delivered damaged, exchanged on the same day after popping in to the shop. However due to nobody getting back to me from head office, after I initially called twice to leave feedback by email, regrading the service received from the Willenhall store, I was slightly disappointed. On the other side, the service received from Louis and John has been great from the Willenhall depot.
