WebSep 15, 2014 · For around 5 years now when I stand on both the soles of my feet for say anymore than 3-5 minutes my feet feel bruised only on the heels, and I can’t stand standing for long at all. I can walk say for 15 minutes and not to bad but then as soon as I stand they hurt and the longer I stand the more sorer they become. WebPlease feel free to share any details or concerns with me. ... these bumps/ lumps and some will blister but never pop then they slowly fade after about 3 weeks and turn purple like a bruise . ... My daughter started itching the soles of her feet 10 days ago.
